Glamorous Florals, we take pride in creating and designing stunning florals using high-quality artificial flowers. Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Section 2: Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within [3–7 days] of receiving the order

  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

To request a return, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item or items

  • Description of the issue

This helps us assess and resolve the matter quickly.

Section 3: Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order arrangements

  • Wedding and event orders

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Change of mind purchases

Because our arrangements are often handcrafted and prepared specifically for each order, we are unable to restock or resell these items.

Section 4: Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the specified timeframe.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

We are committed to making things right and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Section 5: Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error

We reserve the right to assess each case before approving a refund.

Section 6: Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, the original item (if eligible) must be returned and a new order must be placed.

Section 7: Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Section 8: Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within [12–24 hours] of purchase.

After this period:

  • Orders may already be processed or prepared

  • Cancellation requests may no longer be accepted

Custom and event orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

All Glamorous Florals products are artificial floral designs 

Please note:

  • Slight variations in color,  or size  may occur

  • Product photos are for reference only

  • Each piece is handcrafted, making every design  unique

These variations are not considered defects.
