Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing unless otherwise agreed upon. Custom orders require confirmation of details before production begins. Once an order is placed, changes may be limited depending on the production stage.

Production Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for creation and shipping. For custom requests or expedited orders, kindly message us in advance. Production timelines may vary during peak seasons.

Product Details
All of our floral pieces are made using high-quality artificial flowers. Items may vary slightly, but the overall color palette and style will remain consistent. Flower types may change depending on availability.

Shipping & Delivery
We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as production may have already begun.

Custom Orders
Custom designs are made specifically for you. By approving the design, you agree to the final product based on the agreed details. Custom orders are non-refundable.
